I just wanted to send a quick note letting you know how excellent my experience was with Open Road's Service Department today. I first came in to Open Road to get an oil change and an inspection for my 2007 Infiniti FX35 that I had recently purchased. Jared assisted me with the initial oil change, and informed me that my FX did not have the DTRL installed. After speaking with him, he was very helpful and let me know that I should contact the dealership that I purchased my car from and let them know that the DTRL were not installed and that it is their responsibility to ensure it had all proper legal specifications before it was sold. After speaking with them, they agreed to cover the costs for you to install the DTRL. When I booked my appointment I let Jared know that I would like to have the transmission fluid and brake fluid flushed as well. Jared was more than helpful and went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the process. I booked my appointment yesterday afternoon, and had the DTRL installed, and both fluid flushes completed by 1:30pm today. I haven't had many pleasant experiences dealing with dealerships, or service departments, which is why I thought I would take the time to let you know that Jared is a phenomenal employee, and the whole process was a pleasure - which is very rare when dealing with automotive issues. Just wanted to say thanks again, and without hesitation I will be back the next time my Infiniti needs servicing.

It was really good no complaints or doubts in answering questions and giving suggestions/advice. Really friendly and explained everything detailed in such away I actually feel now I have a wider understanding of certain things about my car.

I just picked up my G37 from your Service Department today my experiences have compelled me to write this letter. I had my rear brakes replaced at your location in the end of June. From that point on, my brakes would have minor squealing when applying them. I thought that it was because they were new and it would go away. Shortly after, I received an email from Mike Farkas asking to complete a satisfaction questionnaire, which I forgot to do. Time went on, the squealing remained and I decided to contact Mike to see if it was possible to have someone look at the brakes. I knew it had been over a month and wasn't expecting much in terms of service. This is where I was wrong. Mike scheduled a time for me to bring my car back in. Today I brought my car in as scheduled, Mike was not there but had informed Jarred of the situation. I told Jarred that this was the only day I had not heard the noise (go figure!) but he had the technician take the car for a test drive and he too didn't hear any noise. Not once, did I feel that they didn't believe me, but rather wanted to make sure they rechecked their work and that my car left better than it arrived. From Mike to Jarred to Marvin and the gentleman who drove me to the mall, my experience far exceeded the expectations. As a side note, I purchased my car from [a competitor] and have had terrible customer service from them in all aspects of my car purchase/service history. I was delighted when your location opened and have not looked back since! I hope you will pass on my gratitude to the aforementioned individuals. I will certainly recommend your location with confidence to anyone.
I had a great service and I was pleasantly surprised.
We did meet briefly last Fri when we stopped to meet with Ted and take the Red 2009 Ford F150 for test drive -- I just wanted to share my experience in dealing with both Ted and Eric -- firstly Ted's approach was very professional from the first time we met Ted on an early trip to the dealership and then again on our second trip -- both by staying in touch by email/phone and discussing my needs. On our second visit he quickly arranged a test drive and without high pressure sales techniques answered all our questions -- over the next day we were able to come to an acceptable price over the internet. Ted's responses were professional and very timely. On the Sunday when we were returning to your dealership to pick up the truck on our way back to Kamloops -- Ted had advised Sales Manager Eric Thomsen. Eric was very professional in all paper work including helping me to locate a CIBC nearby which was open on Sunday so I could obtain payment draft -- by the time we had returned Eric had all paper work in order and had arranged for insurance agent to be on site. All this done in a matter of approx 1 1/2 hrs with plates on and truck full of gas!!! My experience from start to finish was flawless and without the usual stress. My complements to your dealership and your professional Team --- I would not hesitate to recommend either Ted or Eric and your dealership --- Thanks for making a great experience.
Thanks a lot for your nice service. For me, it's a long trip to visit Langley, but it was worth to do that. I'll see you when I bring my car for next service after around 6 months.
